This is the purpose of coaching--helping you discover your strengths, build confidence, take steps toward reaching those goals and maximize your life.
Coaching sessions are typically 30-60 minutes every other week and take place via phone, using video technology, or in person, however you are most comfortable. As a coach, Jill will ask questions, support you, and empower you to take action toward discovering what more is possible for you. Coaching is like having your own supporter, challenger, encourager, and cheerleader all in one, and solely focused on what YOU want for YOU.
